Are you aware of the NOISE Festival?  The Noise Festival organiser is keen
to bring this Festival to the attention of young (under 25yrs) artists and
performers living or working in rural areas - please pass this information
on.

NOISE is an arts festival for young people (25 and under) aimed at
showcasing talent and promoting creativity across a series of media
platforms on television, radion, online and print.

NOISE is not your typical arts festival.  It has no physical location rather
the central hub of activity takes place on the NOISE website making it the
first virtual festival of its kind in Europe!

NOISE will seek to exhibit the very best in young creative talent across
fashion, film,  music, design and any other art form that can be presented
digitally.
