With over two decades as a fiddler, singer, performer and teacher,
Nancy is a committed & passionate workshop leader who continues to be in
demand worldwide. Also a qualified
music therapist, she is currently writing two fiddle tutors for the
Oxford University Press, has won two awards for the BBC for her work with
JAMES FAGAN, and tutors on the Folk Music BMus degree course at Newcastle
University.
Nancy will share her fondness & enthusiasm for the English
repertoire & style, with tunes from all over the country taught by ear
(but with dots provided!) & the emphasis on rich, expressive &
enjoyable music making for players from all backgrounds.
