Professionalism - or death by a thousand qualifications?

Should artists working in schools be accredited?

Creative Partnerships Hastings and East Sussex are organising a series of

free seminars featuring high profile speakers exploring current issues

facing creative practitioners, teachers and individuals interested in

creativity and learning.

The first of these is being held on THURSDAY MARCH 22ND  in the restaurant

at the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill on Sea, from 5-7pm.

We have two speakers, Tony Fegan, Learning Director of the London

International Festival of Theatre, and Liz  Whitehead, Co-director of the

Fabrica Gallery in Brighton.

The event will be chaired by Philip Halstead, Director of the Hastings and

St Leonards Excellence Cluster.

After the speakers we will open the discussion to the floor and invite

contributions on the subject. Come along and have your say, watch the sun

set over the sea - and have free drinks and nibbles into the bargain!
