and Steve met through playing at various open mic nights in
Canterbury. Pat is an accomplished harmonica,
washboard and electric mandolin player who has a passion for
old time foot stomping blues of Sonny Terry and the likes.
Steve Lyons is a guitarist whose songs are rooted in the folk and
blues tradition and his accomplishment means that even contemporary
references to texting and barbeques sound timeless. His solo album “Looking in,
Looking Out” was completed earlier this year. Novelist, filmmaker, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist...Leo’s music has been described as "punk-with-a-piano” and he is fast gaining a reputation as an exciting live performer. His first full-length studio album , “Her Smile” with LEO & The Mane is now complete and will be released in August, 2007. |
