Hello
Everyone,
Thanks very much
to those who came to last Thursday's Thomas Leeb gig at Maidstone and I appreciate that this was a bit
of a diversification from 'Blues' as such.  A spellbinding artist with
another side to his performance - Thomas's inter-song repartee had everyone
rolling in the aisles! Then there was the music....... it is so hard to describe
such talent other than to say that this guy is the cleverest and most original
acoustic guitarist that I have seen live - and I've seen quite a few in my
time!  If you didn't come to this one please do try to get to see him and
check out his other UK performances on his website www.thomasleeb.com To conclude this paragraph, I must mention the
Mu Mu
Lounge venue that was
absolutely perfect for this type of acoustic event, enhancing the atmosphere of
it and I hope that there will be many more here, later in the week, as requested
by you and please do support them as they arise!
Talking of
support, it is sorely needed for our next 'main' gig happening shortly on
Tuesday 27th
November at the
Roffen.  Please, please, pull out all the stops to
come to this, the last one of 2007 so that we can end the year with a bumper
attendance and keep the club alive and kicking into
2008!
......................................not just that,
but the band are absolutely right to end the club gigging year and take us into
the Christmas month.  THE CADILLAC
KINGS are the band!    Jump and Swing
is the
style!
 Entertainment
is the aim .................. and all retained within
a Blues setting.  These guys are the "U.K.'s finest purveyors of Blues
and Swing" (Blues in Britain) and check them out on www.cadillackings.co.uk
.
Please let me
have your bookings now for the 'Cads!
Thank
you!
