A Joyful summer of music and dancing to all of you who come and make each les Batons gathering such amazing fun.

 

Firstly – the Sad news…

We’re unable to hold a les Batons gathering on June 15th. We did mention this as a possibility to those of you at the May les Batons. Plus a reminder that there are no les Batons Sunday gatherings in July and August because of all the wonderful festivals in the UK and France .

 

Secondly – Much Better news…

For the les Batons gathering on 21^st September we will have la Mere Folle visiting us from France (on their way home from the Bury Bal the previous night). La Mere Folle played for us last year – they are FAB – so don’t miss this opportunity to dance to some fantastic music from home and abroad.

 

Check the DanseHerts (www.danceherts.co.uk) and Dansez Francais (www.btinternet.com/~mulreany/Dansezfrancais.html) websites for their summer sessions . There is also a list of summer festivals at home and away on the DanseHerts website.

 

So – to remind you again – NO les Batons in June, July or August
