Subject: George Gilbert

Hi,

My name is Jack Long, and in 1974/5 I arranged and produced an album of George Gilbert's music at Vortex Studios, Hollingbourne. The Album, I believe, was entitled "Flows Medway Softly", and consisted entirely of some brilliant Medway-inspired songs, all written by George, of course. I used my regular musicians and singers at the time - including Trevor Brice from "Vanity Fare", who sang most of the lead vocals.
Unfortunately, I have a problem: my last remaining copy of this classic album and the original 15ips master tapes, have been stolen.
How can I get an appeal out to the Kentish folk-lovers who may still have a copy of this album, and who might be kind enough to make a copy of it for me, or let me borrow it long enough to make my own digital version?
I really would be most grateful for your help on this one.

Sincerely,

Jack Long.
