"The Guildford Summer Festival will be taking place between 19 June and 1 August 2009.  We do not book or programme events for the Festival but we do invite anyone holding an event in Guildford borough between these dates to let us know so that we can include the event.  We do not charge for inclusion in the Festival but being a part of the Festival can help to raise your profile and sell tickets or increase your audience and participant numbers.

We produce and distribute over 16,000 copies of our brochure across the area and also keep details uploaded on our website.  We also offer marketing and press support if you require it.  All we ask from you is that you submit the details before our deadline (13 February 2009) and help to distribute brochures by passing them on to your audiences and/or members.

All events are welcome - art, drama, sport, community activities, tours, walks, workshops, fairs - you name it!  If you would like to register your event for inclusion in this years brochure please visit our website and follow the link to the registration page - www.guildfordsummerfestival.co.uk

If you have any queries about the Festival please contact me (Nadine) by emailing me on summerfestival_at_guildford_dot_gov_dot_uk or calling me on 01483 444713 (Mon/Wed/Fri only)."

Many thanks,
Nadine
