Subject: SEFAN CONFERENCE - travel details and timetable
Dear Delegates

Regional Strategic Conference for the Folk / Roots / World Sector 22 March 2009

The Hawth, Hawth Avenue, Crawley RH10 6YZ

The conference opens for Registration, meeting and greeting etc at 10am this coming Sunday.
(The Hawth is booked from 9.30am for early arrivals get in)

Coffee/teas/juice and danish will be served from 10.15am.

Travel instructions can be found on the Hawth's webpage _at_ < https://tickets.hawth.co.uk/public/location.asp >

BY RAIL
The Hawth is about the same distance from two stations but probably the best rail station is Three Bridges coming down from London.
They say it's a 15min walk from either station and taxis are available at both stations.
There is no bus service from the stations to the Hawth (only run a special in the evenings!)

John Bacon (SEFAN Trustee) has been tasked with troubleshooting Station/Hawth transport problems on the day.
So if there's any problems - please ring in (best check the dreaded engineering works on your line before coming by train of course!)

John's mobile on the day will be 07932 160036
My mobile on the day will be 07951 663570
