Subject: QUIET NIGHT OUT GIG SUN 24 MAY 09
Hi Folks,

I have sent this to both my Folk at The Drum (FATD) and Crabble contact groups.  In theory if you are on both lists you should only get it once but if you do get it twice my apologies and also please let me know.

The "plug" below is extracted from an e-mail sent to me by Dean Tanio.  Dean has recently started coming to FATD when he can and he also came to Crabble last month as well.  This is a very long journey for him and requires a deal of effort on his part.  I hope some of you will be able to return that effort and support him in return.

John has been down to FATD with him and together they make an excellent duo, I haven't heard the full line up of "Quiet Night Out" but I am sure they will be thoroughly worth the effort of going to see.

"A bit of shameless self-promotion I know, but I would be delighted if you'd let people know that me, John and Steve Moreham on fiddle are doing a gig as 'Quiet Night Out' at the Pilot, Stone Street Maidstone, on Sunday 24th May 2p.m till 4-ish if anyone would like to attend. All welcome, no entrance fee, and Harveys beers!"

This probably clashes with the Crabble Mill Beer Fest but by Sunday afternoon you might want a change of scene, provided you are still able to drive.  After all Harveys beer does take a lot of beating.

Regards

David
