A festival in a festival in a festival.....

Not only is Towersey one great Festival but within it we like to think there are a whole load of mini festivals.

Street Arts Festival- The ALL NEW Showground stages will be rammed full with some of the best Street Arts around. From 12noon to 5pm across 3 stages you will see clowning and comedy, puppetry and storytelling, close-up magic and the best of traditional Morris, spectacular Zulu dance and loads more.

The Real Ale Festival -all of our bars will be well stocked with some great real ales but for the biggest range and a great atmosphere try a pint or two in the main bar on the Showground.

The Children's Festival - bigger and better every year, our now famous Children's Festival will move up a gear as we bring you a 4th venue and even more space and activity than ever.

..... and we're sure you will discover more. All part of what makes Towersey ONE great Festival.

Tickets really have sold faster than ever as more and more people realise that the Towersey experience is one they simply can't miss (just like a worm to a bird).

Festival Patron Sings at Towersey Festival Founders Memorial!

Sheila and Denis Manners were founders of Towersey Festival and lifelong supporters of the Folk and Peace movements. They touched thousands of lives and were part of the Festival every year. They both passed away in the last year and this Fundraising Memorial Concert is a celebration of their lives.

It promises to be special night with Festival Patron and lifelong friend Roy Baileyheadlining the bill, with another great friend from the early Towersey days John Kirkpatrick. Also on the bill is a young Singer Songwriter who Denis greatly admired for his conviction and humour, Gavin Osborn. Add to this more guest singers, an interval Morris display and a host of memorabilia and it will be a great celebration.
