Newsletter For May 18, 2009

Volume 4 Issue 6

Good morning...

The boys are back! The Oak Ridge Boys, that is. Icons, legends, giants... each word correctly describes a musical group that has received just about every accolade possible, continues to tour and record despite being at ages where most people are comfortably retired, and has just produced a new soon-to-be-released CD that's received thumbs up from reviewers, including Music News Nashville's Chuck Dauphin. The first single, a retooling of the White Stripes hit "Seven Nation Army," can be heard on the ORB's website at www.oakridgeboys.com.
Three questions... What group just might be the Next Big Thing? Who's remembering Chet Atkins? Who's been rocking out Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta lately? For the answers to these questions, you'll need to log on to Music News Nashville by visiting www.musicnewsnashville.com
