Crawley Folk Festival has got a new treat for you!

After unprecedented public demand, for the first time in the Festival's history and brought to you by The Celtic & Irish Cultural Society (CICS), we are proud to announce there will be a dedicated Celtic stage on Sunday 28 June in the Amphitheatre.

Bringing you all the delights from the Emerald Isle, there will be traditional music from Brogue, Crannog, Reelstrings and The Flying Toads and dance displays from The O'Brien School and Andromeda Edmunds School of Dance, plus lots more!

English Ceilidh (Barn Dancing)

There is another first at this year's Crawley Folk Festival with an English Ceilidh taking place in The Hawth Studio on Saturday 26 June at 5pm.

If you have never ceilidh danced before and would like to get ready for the Folk Festival Ceilidh then The South East Folk Arts Network's (SEFAN) programme of tutored dances is the perfect chance to give it a try.

The tutored dances will take place at Southgate West Community Centre and Tilgate Community Centre throughout May and June and cost just £3 per session (Under 26s are FREE).

For more information call John Byng on 01293 537234.
