Forgive me for plugging the above concert at the Gulbenkian on Saturday 9th, seeing as we probably won't get our Gulbenkian theatre programmes until after the event.
I've been singing and druming with the Maridadis for a few years now and, apart from myself, features 2 former members of the old Physics department, Alison Rook (formerly Unit for Space Science secretary) and Maggie Smith (formerly HoD's secretary for Jim Brown, and now heading the counselling service).
Maridadi gigs are always a lot of fun, and feature as usual both choir and drummers, with additional guests including the Yamaha Music School's steel band.
Thanks,
Pete.
