Subject: Cajun & zydeco comin' up!!
Hello all,

It's nearly time to party - can't wait!

Just to remind you that it's our Mardi Gras Dance with the Whiskey River boys duo this Saturday (20th) so get on your glad rags and dig out your beads and masks!

The venue as always is the delightful St Peters Church Hall (154 Cromwell Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1NA). Doors 7.30pm, band will kick off at 8.00pm.

We only have a few tickets left so please call for availability (01227 274340) before travelling and remember that the venue has no bar so bring your own refreshments.

If you can't make it, there are a few other pub gigs coming up in the next week:

On Wednesday (24th February) REDEYE are at The Man Of Kent (6-8 John St, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1YN) at 9.00pm

On Thursday (25th February) it's the CAJUN AND AMERICANA NIGHT at The HOOK & HATCHET - this thursday with our friends from the South - The Cajun Dawgs from Hastings.  The Hook & Hatchet is located on Church Road, Hucking, Kent, ME17 1QT. Music from 9.00pm, food served from 6.00pm.  Now, the H&H are very good to us and suffered quite badly in the January snows due to their location so do go and support this event.  Some of us are having dinner there before the gig so come along and join us - you'll work it all off on the dance floor later ;-)

If you're located further west, there's also a chance to see Jumbo Gumbo on Thursday - they're playing at the delightfully named The Cardinal's Error (Lodge Oak Lane, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2EP) at 9.00pm and again on Friday (26th Feb) at The Flowerpot (96 Sandling Road, Maidstone Kent, ME14 2RJ) at 9.00pm.
