Dear Friends and New Subscribers.....

eh up, every band has a "second album phase" which is fine, because we don't record albums, just put on rowdy barn dances all over the gaff. So, if people still want to dance, we'll do the gigs! Do you?

Didn't get lucky on Valentines? Don't fear, we're hosting a dance down at the intimate Book Club on Leonard Street on Saturday 20th February. Why have one partner when you can dance with 10? Band on at 9pm.

Into March sees a night at the Finsbury Town Hall (yay! Boo!), to celebrate International Woman's Day + raise funds for Haiti. Cut A Shine are playing along with a host of other great bands + all sorts of food stalls, art stalls and genuine chaos. That's March 6th.

And further afield, Cut A Shine are nearly 5 YEARS OLD. When we started we were all fresh faced and clean shaven, now, after five years spent cramped in a stinking van mostly on the M4, we're even more fresh faced. To commiserate, we're thinking of hosting a dutty warehouse barn dance party in Hackney on SATURDAY MARCH 27th. Bit like the days of yore when we started with DJs, other bands and the lot. Thing is, we need at least 10 emails back from y'all to see if you wanna party with us.
