Description

DARBUKA, TABLAH or DJEMBE PLAYER WANTED FOR CABARET BAND

We’re an exciting, colourful gypsy/folk/rock band with belly dancers to boot!

We play cover-songs from all genres…Arabic to Country to Rock…but the songs are always tampered with and have a ‘middle-eastern/folk’ feel.

We're looking to find a dedicated person who will hopefully 'musically gel’ with us...creative input is always welcome!

Need to be committed to weekly band rehearsals in Bethnal Green every Thursday evening. We have our very own event lined up in April and some gigs lined up in the future, but no payments promised as yet…just lots of fun. We are also building up for recordings.

Interested?  Please contact SHKEMBE SOUP at: shkembe_at_gmail_dot_com
