We are called HIGH WEALD RIDGE, and it's Nick on double bass, Ian on mandolin, Gill on banjo and banjolele, and Peter on guitar and baritone ukulele.
We play bluegrass exclusively, (ie. not country or folk,) so it's Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs and The Stanley Brothers etc. material, to which we have added our own high lonesome sound with overdrive.
We would be very grateful to be listed. Yes, we all enjoyed looking at your site and found it very interesting,and extremely useful; in fact I have added it to "My Favourites"as there is such a lot going on. Very Best Wishes For Xmas.
