This unique concert is a fundraising event for the
premiere performance of Missa Humana, a secular mass by Dolly Collins and
Maureen Duffy. Taking its lead from Missa Humana, the concert draws upon
traditional music, classical music and poetry with individual sets from the
Mary Hampton band, Adam Bushell & Tom Norrell and Hamilton Yarns
interpersed with readings by Gary Goodman. The whole event will be introduced
by Shirley Collins, who will read some of Maureen Duffy's poems from "Missa
Humana"
