June brings us well and truly into festival season! Look out for EFDSS at the Big Session this month. At Cecil Sharp House, you can see the second Folk Rising concert, a celebration of adult music-making in Rough Mountain Tracks, and a Family Barn Dance for all ages.
Folk Rising

Thursday 10 June, 7.30pm

If you missed May's Folk Rising event - an intimate gig in the basement of Cecil Sharp House, complete with fairy lights and bunting - we hope you can make the second in this series of three concerts. Presenting a sample of the freshest, undiscovered and at times radical music being produced within the indefinable folk tradition, June's Folk Rising features Firefly, You Are Wolf, Matthew Wolf, Elle Osborne and Laish.
