WESSEX ACOUSTIC NEWS

Hello folks

Exciting times for the club in the next couple of months. Make sure you don't miss out.

Phil Beer is our next club night on next Friday 25th March. Tickets have been selling well and we only have about 16 tickets left at time of mailing so if you haven't booked yours yet, call me now! (01202 732239) Tickets £10 club and RBL members, £11 early birds booked before 22nd March, £12 after that.

Our opening support for Phil is our king of Americana, Rod Jenkins, and possibly Andy Stone.

Next month we have the amazing fiddle master from the North East, Tom McConville, with the briliant guitarist David Newey. Supporting them we have the smaller acoustic line up from Mary Jane, so another lively night in prospect.

The date is Friday 6th April, starting time 8.15. Tickets £8 members, £9 early bird guests, £10 on door.

THEN it is Fairport Acoustic Convention time! Friday May 6th at Upton Community Centre, Poole Road, Upton, Poole. Tickets are selling fast so make sure you have yours! These are pay in advance tickets and details of how to get them are on the website, or call me, Kathy, for details.
