*The 1-2-3-4 Shoreditch 2011*

The 1-2-3-4 Shoreditch is a one day festival, taking place in Shoreditch Park, that highlights the audacity and bluster of rock 'n' roll in its rawest form and presents the best new underground music alongside inspirational international artists, set deep in the heart of London's most creative and cultural quarter. This year's line-up already includes Black Lips, Lydia Lunch, The King Blues, Damo Suzuki, Autokratz, The Chapman Family, The Fair Ohs and more, and with plenty still to be announced this looks like being a bit special.

*Meadowlands Festival 2011*

After the successful launch of the festival last May, Meadowlands Festival is back again for another three day bank holiday extravaganza held in the sumptuous grounds of Glynde Place in Sussex, just a few miles from both Brighton and Lewes. A recent line-up announcement sees the hugely admired Penguin Cafe added to the growing list of exciting acts already confirmed - including Mirrors, Foy Vance, Doll and the Kicks, Mama's Gun, 6 Day Riot, and loads more. The festival will be expanding this year, playing host to four stages, featuring over sixty bands, a comedy and spoken word marquee, campsite discotheque courtesy of the Tru Thoughts gang, art and light installations, children's activities, exquisite food, interactive performers, state-of-the- art sound system and luxury toilets! All in all, this looks like being one of the events of the summer...

*La Route Du Rock*
Incredible French festival in beautiful beach side setting, featuring Battles. Mogwai, and more St Malo, Brittany, France on 12th to 14th August tickets/info: www.wegottickets.com/af/60/f/2469

Held in and around the beautiful walled seaside city of St. Malo, on Brittany's Emerald Coast, La Route Du Rock has seen headline sets from Sonic Youth, Portishead, PJ Harvey, The Cure, Sigur Ros, Foals, Breeders, Mogwai, The National, TV On The Radio, My Bloody Valentine, Deerhunter, Grizzly Bear and Tindersticks in recent years, and always has a great international supporting bill of up-and-coming bands. Only Battles, Mogwai, Here We Go Magic and Chelsea Wolfe are confirmed so far, but with a beach stage in the daytime and a spectacular castle stage by night, La Route Du Rock mixes amazing line- ups with a truly stunning setting.

*London Word Festival*

London Word Festival IV is fuller than ever before, and offers us a range of events portioning out a rich collision of literary culture with the pop. You'll find all of the following and much much more: Emmy the Great, Jack Underwood and friends will be rattling through the Dewey Decimal system lamenting the feelings and emotions growing dusty on the shelves of the 'Goodbye Library'; Orwell's bean-counting pro-literary essay 'Books vs. Cigarettes' gets a run out as Robin Ince, Stuart Evers and others riff on wordy vices; It's the debut London appearance of 'Cybraphon', the anxiety- ridden band-bot voiced by Aidan Moffat; The Don King of performance art, Mel Brimfield brings the 'Intergender Wrestling World Championship' to Balls Pond Road, featuring Simon Munnery, Kevin Eldon, Josie Long and others; Hannah Silva and Lara Clifton explore the striptease trade through sound, poetry and performance in an East End stripjoint. There really is something for everyone!
*Underage Festival*

Run by the same people as the excellent Field Day festival, and pitched uniquely - and exclusively - at 14-18 (inc) year olds, Underage Festival is a bit of a special event and one we're delighted to be selling for. We're even more delighted to be able to announce the line-up, with stand-out performers including Janelle Monae(!!!) and Bombay Bicycle Club. The rest of the line-up is equally exciting, and features Brother, CocknBullKid, Crystal Fighters, Devlin, Dog Is Dead, Florrie, Frankie & The Heartstrings, Fugative, Ghost Eyes, Giggs, Labrinth, Maverick Sabre, Roll Deep, Spark, The Chapman Family, The Midnight Beast, Yaaks, and Yasmin.

*Wychwood Music Festival 2011*

The fantastic Wychwood Festival, a favourite of ours which has been nominated for countless awards since its inception in 2005, recently added some great acts to an already impressive line-up. Topping the bill on the Saturday will be The Waterboys, Friday's headliners are revealed to be Cornershop, and other big names such as Transglobal Underground, Roddy Woomble, and The Travelling Band have been added to a bill that features previously announced acts like The Charlatans, Neville Staple, and The Wurzels(!). Last year's festival had rave reviews and was runner up for Best New Festival at the UK Festival Awards. efestivals described the event as "...an excellent day out... it was nice to see it was a festival run for festival people, very much by festival people".
