Morning All

just to remind you that the programmes have been printed, the posters are up, the advertising and free listings sent off and all we need now is a bit of luck with the weather for next Saturday - any help you can give on that one would be most appreciated........

The Music Festival on the Blean Memorial Ground (School Lane, CT29JA) kicks off about 5.45pm with the Hoodeners playing, and barn dancing with Bill calling, to set the atmosphere for a lively evening of music and pleasure.  The village fete from mid-day - 4pm would have been cleared up (please come along to this if you're interested) and we'll have plenty of time to make and enjoy the music.

Hot and home made food (like last year) is available in the small hall from 6.30pmish + a beer tent until 10pm + other attractions (bowl for the pig etc) available to keep you occupied, bring your gear, seats, blankets (hope you won't need them) but above all, YOURSELVES, family and friends.

The concert spot - musician's programme is attached for those who haven't seen it, as is the poster for info.  The separate singaround is open to all musicians, players, singers, visitors & listeners - everyone welcome to the event.

We've got the hall(s) to retreat into if necessary and the singaround will take place in there with Dave and the Driftwood women to supervise him.  Anything more you need to know just e-mail me and I'll get back to you.

Thanks to you all for your support and interest and as last year it'll be a fantastic experience.
