The 2012 Equator Festival kicks off this February with a range of diverse and exciting performers displaying music and styles from Africa, Middle East, Spain, India and Australia.

This year it is even bigger and better with a new Classical Music series featuring the acclaimed guitarist Craig Ogden and the Classic Buskers, with their very innovative sound.  To open the Equator Festival, we have no one better than the celebrated Classic FM guitarist, Craig Ogden (Feb 24th).

In March, we have the pleasure to present the Jerusalem-born Middle Eastern singer, Mor Karbasi (Mar 16th) and the Cape Verdean/African songstress Carmen Souza returning to Ashford (March 31st) as part of our WOW Festival.

WOW performances in March will also include Latin music specialists Coco Xpress, and Electric Landladies, in Whitstable and in London you will be able to see Eve Pollard, Najma Akhtar, Tahmima Anam, ShivaNova, the WOW Orchestra and more.
