Subject: Barn dance

Please could you help me. I am raising money with the young people of our church, in the hopes that they can raise enough money to attend the world youth day in 2013. They have decided that they would like to put on a barn dance in march. We have a very limited budget so I would really appreciate it if you could let us know approximately how much it would cost. The event would be held in Bognor Regis.

(reminding her of PLI/PEL requirements that she needs to make sure were in place ... and March is VERY close).
