Tolka Polkas
Mrs Yarringtons Music Club
Crowhurst Park, Battle

6th March 8pm

Tolka Polkas are Chris Hamblin (fiddle ), Jo Dengate (flute ), Paul Dengate (guitar) and Charlie Gask (bodhran) who together play an exhilarating combinations of jigs, reels, polkas, slides and slow airs, which reflect the variety of their individual styles and backgrounds, truly “music to lift the soul”. The bands members have featured in Celtic Music Festivals throughout the world and regularly feature at the Ennis Traditional Festival in Ireland as well as performing on numerous Celtic and folk CD's.
Featuring members well known on the local scene having played in The Stag Band, Catsfield Steamers, Better Days and Temple Bar, this is the first in a series of gigs featuring local musicians and acts with the opportunity to play at Mrs Yarringtons with a quality PA & soundman and an appreciative audience that will listen. Quality doesn’t have to come from 100 miles away.

Ticket £6 on door info at or 07794821454
Membership is a mere £5
