With festival season now in full swing we thought we'd send an update of all the great festivals we have on sale. Read on for some of our top recommendations - including something for everyone and a couple of events coming up this very weekend - and search WeGotFestivals to see everything else coming up over the summer months...

Standon Calling
Standon Lordship on 3rd to 5th August tickets/info

One of the best-value festivals out there, Standon Calling is a three day party with musical icons, breakthrough acts, a swimming pool, themed fancy dress, an on-site nightclub with a 6am licence, bars that never seem to close, roaming interactive theatre and much more besides. Headlining are Fat Freddy's Drop, Death in Vegas and Beardyman, while elsewhere on the bill !!! (Chk Chk Chk) play their only UK festival this summer with support from Crazy P, Willy Mason, Field Music, Dub Pistols, King Charles, Casiokids, Trojan Sound System, The Nextmen and Greg Wilson. Many more acts to be announced.

No Direction Home
Nottinghamshire Welbeck Abbey on 8th to 10th June tickets/info

No Direction Home - from the team behind End of the Road - debuts at Welbeck Abbey in Sherwood Forest this weekend. The amazing line-up includes Richard Hawley, Django Django, Gruff Rhys, Veronica Falls, Beth Jeans Houghton & The Hooves Of Destiny, Andrew Bird, Dirty Three, Slow Club, Spectrals, The Low Anthem and more. Underage Festival
London Shoreditch Park on 31st August tickets/info

Run by the same people as the excellent Field Day festival and pitched uniquely - and exclusively - at 14-17 year olds, Underage Festival is a bit of a special event and one we're delighted to be selling for. We're even more delighted because the initial line-up announcement is very impressive, including Dry The River, Fixers, Iceage, Maverick Sabre, Pulled Apart By Horses, Rustie, Spector, and Summer Camp.

Dimensions Festival
Fort Punta Christo, Pula, Croatia on 6th to 9th September tickets/info

Dimensions is an underground electronic music festival held at Fort Punta Christo, the legendary site where Outlook Festival takes place. Perhaps one of the most amazing festival locations in the world, Dimensions will be held within the fort's grounds and features the best underground sounds in electronic dance floor music from across the globe including Little Dragon, Ben Klock, Four Tet (live), Moodymann, Mount Kimbie, Todd Terje, Portico Quartet, Joy Orbison, Gold Panda, Kyle Hall and many more. Guildford Stoke Park on 13th to 15th July tickets/info

Twice nominated for the best medium sized festival at the UK Festival Awards, Guilfest is one of the best independent music and arts festivals on the calendar. An eclectic and impressive line-up includes Ash, Olly Murs, Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, Tulisa, Gary Numan, The Buzzcocks, Tim Minchin, Nouvelle Vague, Cher Lloyd and many more.

Greenwich Comedy Festival
London The Old Royal Naval College on 13th to 20th July tickets/info

London's favourite comedy extravaganza is back, jumping forward a few months to be part of the brand new Greenwich Summer Festival. Among the genuiine comedy greats playing over the week long event are: Dylan Moran, Stephen K. Amos, Jerry Sadowitz, Rich Hall, Mark Watson, Isy Suttie, Reginald D. Hunter, Sean Lock, and Mock The Week's topical funnyman Andy Parsons.

La Route Du Rock
St Malo, France on 10th to 12th August tickets/info

Held in and around the beautiful walled seaside city of St. Malo, on Brittany's Emerald Coast, La Route Du Rock always has a great international bill of established and up-and-coming bands.- with the likes of Battles, Sonic Youth, Portishead, PJ Harvey, The Cure, Sigur Ros, Foals, The National, My Bloody Valentine, Deerhunter, and Grizzly Bear playing in recent years. With a beach stage in the daytime and a spectacular castle stage by night, La Route Du Rock mixes amazing line-ups with a truly stunning setting. This year's line-up is still largely unannounced but The XX, Spiritualized, Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, and Colin Stetson are already confirmed.

Wychwood Festival
Cheltenham Racecourse on 8th to 10th June tickets/info

Now in its 7th year and established as one of the UK's top family events, Wychwood Festival - taking place this coming weekend - will feature the likes of James, Bellowhead, The Damned, Port Isaac's Fishermen's Friends and Duke Special. Other acts on the bill include comedy great Robin Ince and Mr Nice (aka Howard Marks).

Americana International
Nottinghamshire The County Showground on 5th to 8th July tickets/info

With over fifty top class artists from across the globe performing a wide variety of Anglo-American music that is sure to suit the majority's taste in music genres, there are five stages of virtually non-stop live music plus dance floors indoors and outdoors to please the many dancers that support the festival. As always, a huge display of great American automobiles, motorcycles, trucks and RVs dating from the early 1900s to the present will be in attendance from all parts of the UK and the rest of Europe.

Croissant Neuf Summer Party
Usk, Monmouthshire on 10th to 12th August tickets/info

Croissant Neuf Summer Party won an award at last year's People and Environment Achievement award making it Britain's undisputed Greenest Festival. A combination of the picturesque location, great activities for kids, top quality food and drink, endless opportunities for music, dancing and theatre has led Croissant Neuf to gain a reputation as one of the best family orientated festivals in the UK.

The Soundwave Festival - Croatia
The Garden, Tisno, Croatia on 19th to 23rd July tickets/info

One of the best festivals of the last couple of summers returns bigger and better in 2012 - at a new location, at the beatiful Garden in Tisno. The Guardian described the festival as having "all the quirks of a Bestival but in a far more beautiful, and sunny setting". Confirmed acts so far include De La Soul, Fink, DJ Yoda, Plaid, Ghostpoet, DJ Kentaro, Craig Charles, Submotion Orchestra and loads more.

Rock and Bike
Derby Elvaston Castle Showground from 12th to 15th July tickets/info

A fixture on the calendar of motorcycle and live music enthusiasts, Rock and Bike Festival takes place in the beautiful and historic grounds of Elvaston Castle, Derbyshire. The line-up features some great acts with headliners including: The Sweet, Pendulum DJ Set, The Quireboys, and Toyah Willcox. On top of that, there are top quality tributes to some of rock music's greats, and displays from MCW Wrestling, Black Pig Shimmy Dancers, Large Custom Motorcycle and Trike Show and a Tattoo Competition.

Art in Action
Oxfordshire Waterperry House on 19th to 22nd July tickets/info

Every July over 4 days, 25,000 visitors flock to see over 400 artists, craftsmen, performers, musicians, teachers and lecturers come together in the grounds of Waterperry House, Oxfordshire to demonstrate their skills and love of art. Visitors can observe artists creating sculpture, jewellery, textiles, ceramics and more. They can listen to live music, watch performing arts from around the world, hear lecturers expound on their chosen subject and learn from the teachers in the hugely popular practical classes.

Stop Making Sense
The Garden, Tisno, Croatia on 2nd to 6th August tickets/info

SMS is an international music festival with an irreverently independent vibe that showcases top quality dance music, live acts and internationally acclaimed DJs both in the sunshine and under the stars. The 2012 line-up brings together the cream of dance music talent for five nights of partying by the sea - acts playing include Lil' Louis, Benja B & Mc Judah, Ron Trent & Chez Damier, Move D, A Skillz, Adrian Sherwood and more.
