Hi; there are a few events you may interested in:

Fiddle Festival of Great Britain; on Sat 31^st June/Sunday 1^st July there?s a fabulous new fiddle festival in Oxfordshire. I?ll be giving four separate one hour workshops, covering Rock violin, East European gypsy fiddle, Grappelli style swing fiddle and country fiddle.

Other tutors and performers include Peter Knight, Jenny Newman, Oxford Fiddle Group, Pat Smith, Sarah-Jane Summers, Tom Leary, and Matthew Tighe.

In the final weekend of July (27^th, 28^th, 29^th), I will be doing a series of workshops on gypsy and East European fiddle at JSarts in Grantham, Lincs. This includes a total of ten 90 minute sessions, covering klezmer, Balkan rhythms, Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian tunes. Style, ornamentation and embellishment will all be covered.
