..... a very merry Christmas from Folk in the Barn.

Thanks so much for supporting all that we do. You have been amazing this year and helped to create some really memorable occasions. I can't possibly decide on a favourite, can you?? They were all so wonderful and so different from each other. Folk in the Barn has become a very special thing to me and I know to many of you too, I'm really looking forward to many more uplifting, inspiring performances next year and beyond. Hope to see you in the New Year, firstly for our 'Even Cosier' early evening series at the Black Robin in January - still tickets available for Flossie Malavialle and Huw and Maart, but I'm afraid the Luke Jackson evening has sold out (surprise surprise!) Beyond that in February we have two different but equally top level concerts from the stunning 'Kan' and then the one and only Phil Beer! All dates, venues, timings and ticket prices on www.folkinthebarn.co.uk as usual.
Thanks also to everyone that has helped out this year - my lovely regular team - Mick, Lynette and Rosie, and to all those others who have stepped in when asked or just stayed behind to help put chairs away - it's all so muchly appreciated :o) Thanks to Joe at Wincheap Guesthouse for helping out with accommodating some of the artists at his cosy welcoming B&B. Thanks to Pete and Sue for providing the bar for so many of the events, to Phil and Catherine at IMP for all their hard work and expertise installing and operating the PA's. To Phil at Cube for unstinting web support, even at 5.25pm on a Friday (sorry Phil ) . If you have need for any of these services, please ask me for their details, I can highly recommend them all. Thanks too to all those connected with the venues we use for your help and patience, we look forward to many more successful occasions. And finally of course to all the brilliant artists that amaze us with their incredible talents.

I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year - until then enjoy the festive period and don't eat too many mince pies ....

Debs xx
