Drum Runners and Basingstoke Youth
Services are looking for schools and community groups for our Banner
Artwork Competition as part of Basingstoke Live 2014. There are Top
Prizes to be won and we are looking for designs based upon a Carnival

event, a project, have an issue to deal with, require support? We're a
creative arts organisation and our job is to come up with creative
