Subject: Fund raising event to support the Northgate Community Centre and the Gurkha Peace Foundation.

MUSICAL EVENING AND FISH AND CHIP SUPPER AT THE NORTHGATE COMMUNITY CENTRE, MILITARY ROAD, CANTERBURY ON SATURDAY MAY 10th STARTING AT 7-00pm.

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to make this special plea for you to support us and come to this great event and possibly bring some friends. The hall holds 300 and we have invited several VIPs and may have TV in attendance! This event gives a chance for Prem and I to make a presentation to launch our campaign for the 10 projects that we have chosen to support including the Blind School and projects for handicapped children, health centres and schools.

We are extremely fortunate to be entertained by the brilliant Phoenix Performing Arts Group who have appeared all over Europe and are going to present excerpts from the shows and Hannah whom you may see on the next series of ?The Voice'. Of course we will have the support of our wonderful Gurkha children who have already done so much for our charity.

A ?Fish and Chip Supper' with wine at the table plus all this wonderful entertainment for the sum of ?10. We want to see the hall full as beneficiaries are local pensioners and the Gurkha Peace Foundation.
