Smugglers Sessions // Projection & Beer Night // Shanty // Sunday Service

Greetings, its starting to feel like proper summer isn't it? We kick off this week's events with a brilliant Smugglers Session line-up featuring Brooke Sharkey and Adam Beattie. Two songwriters I can can say are truly top of their game!

Thursday 15th May
The Smugglers Sessions
Pub open from 5pm // Music from 8pm
FREE ENTRY

 

Join us every Thursday for The Smugglers Sessions. With at least two featured acts per week plus our local talented musicians. This is a night of experimentation and surprises, combined with the delicious locally sourced beers and ales from behind the bar.

Free entry, though donations more than welcome!

Saturday 17th May
Shanty
Doors: 7pm // Music from 8:30pm
FREE ENTRY

Shanty are a seven-piece reggae collective from northwest London; they describe their sound as ?stomping bass, soulful hooks and party vibes', with cross influences ranging from Soul, Electronic and Hip Hop embedded in the shanty sound. New to the scene and making a significant impact after the online release of ?Waiting'; Shanty's third ever show was at last year's Secret Garden Party and the following week they opened up the main stage at Leopallooza festival.

Friday 16th May
Live Music Projections and Beer Night
Pub open from 5pm // DJ from 8:30pm

Enjoy some classic live music performance projections on our in-house cinema screen, while equally enjoying our locally sourced beers, ciders and wines.

Some of you may have been in attendance recently for a magical performance by Rae, Leonie's band. A truly wonderful talent who is every bit as captivating in a solo setting. Channeling rootsy blues and jazz influences mixed with some of her own compositions. Not to be missed!



Plus ?. We are pleased to announce the inclusion of the Reggae Roast! Delicious tastes of the Caribbean mixed with the traditional English roast dinner, at an incredible price of ?7.50! Chef Tyrone will be serving you from 12pm. Relax and eat while enjoying some reggae tunes at a volume that is proven to aid digestion and stimulate taste buds.
This is to be a regular fixture as part of our weekly ?Sunday Service'. Leave the cooking to Tyrone and join us here!
