Hi folks

Well now I am really getting nervous, so please don't anyone mention just how many weeks it is to the Fleadh..!!!

Anyway a few of you have emailed requesting Fleadh packs.  I had left these at the last Provincial Meeting in Leicester.  But for those of you who didn't get one, my apologies.  I will attach it with this email.

I wonder if you could possibly send me some information from your branch, which may help us with our preparations for the fleadh.  We would like to gauge a few things about branches travelling to the fleadh, and look at what we can do to make your experience of Coatbridge as enjoyable as possible.

Could you therefore answer a few simple questions (a rough estimate is just fine).  I think my distribution list includes all the secretaries so one reply from each branch would be great.

Anyway what we would like to know is:

For the majority of your branch members and their families:

1.  How many people are you expecting to travel to the fleadh from your branch?

2.  Which day will most people arrive?  (ie Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

3.  Is your branch travelling by private coach?  (is yes, how many on each coach)

4.  How many from your branch are travelling by car?

5.  How many from your branch are travelling by train or plane?

6.  Where are most of your branch members staying (hotel name)

I would appreciate any information you can give me from the above list.

We at St Patrick's look forward to welcoming you all and your members to this years All Britain Fleadh.  We are sure you will all enjoy Coatbridge and a warm welcome awaits you.

Please be sure to call to the Fleadh office to meet myself and our Fleadh committee on the day, But in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further assistance.

Kind regards

Anne P Markey

Fleadh Secretary
