This is THE Cajun event of the summer, so don?t miss out on this one:

The Sheryl and Russell Cormier Band are at the Cajunbarn on bank holiday Monday 25^th August

Sheryl, The Queen of Cajun , plays old style dance hall accordion, and with Russell?s wonderful soaring vocals these guys are rooted in the real Cajun life and music of Louisiana.

They have been playing, singing, teaching or immersed in the music since as long as they can remember and at last year?s Festivals Acadian et Creole they stole the show.

They are backed by Europe?s finest: Jock Tyldesley on fiddle, Vera van Heeringen guitars and fiddle, Kevin Torne, guitar and Andy Watson on drums.

N.B. Sarah Savoy & the Hell Raising hayride have sadly cancelled their tour in September: so sorry to say the gig for Sept 7 is no more. They hope to play for us next year.
