Subject: WeGotTickets - XML Feed Update 11th Nov

Dear WeGotTickets Affiliate,

As part of an update to our servers, a small change will be introduced to our XML feeds. From November 11th empty tags will change to be rendered as self-closing tags. An example can be seen below:

How it looks now:
    <field></field>

How it will look:
    <field />

Standards-compliant XML parsers should have no problems coping with this change, so most people will have no need to make any changes.

It's worth raising the issue with your technical team, however, to ensure smooth operation after this upgrade.
