It is my pleasure to write to welcome you to the forthcoming branch meeting of West London Comhaltas Ceolt?ir? ?ireann, which will take place on:
Monday 17 November 2014 at 8.30pm, in the Library at the London Irish Centre, 52 Camden Square, London NW1 9XB
This will be a warm and friendly opportunity for us all to meet over sandwiches, cake and tea, and make decisions together about the work of West London CC?, on a democratic basis.
Please write to me let me know if you have matters which you would like to be included on the agenda for discussion at this meeting. This is your West London branch and your Comhaltas, working as a grassroots movement to foster the beautiful Irish musical and language tradition.
I am also attaching an application form for membership/renewal of membership of West London Comhaltas, which I should be most grateful if you would kindly complete and send back to me with payment for this year's annual subscription. Go raibh m?le maith agat!
For catering purposes, please do let me know if you are planning to come to the branch meeting on 17 November and any dietary requirements, and I look forward to meeting you there. I remain at your service if I can be of assistance to you in any aspect of my secretarial role.
