In the year or so
since we last saw them Stick
In The Wheel have established themselves as on of the
best new bands on the scene. And that makes us very happy indeed.
We always loved
their honest, authentic even raw take on traditional songs and on their
own material. Now expanded to a five piece, Stick In The Wheel's
militant approach lets the songs tell their own stories.
This is what folk
music sounds like.

Our traditional
Christmas singaround!
Dust off your
party peices and if you're really lucky there might even be a mince pie
or two as well!
Admission free.
We will then be closed over the festive season, although the pub will
be open, of course!
We start the 2015 season on Sunday
11th January with Steve Turner.
More details on the 2015 season, including the special ticket
arrangements for our upcoming evening with Martin Simpson will
