Thanks for making 2014 such a fun year for dancing!
Please make sure you have March 21st in your diary for our big free
anniversary event.
We would love to see you tomorrow or Monday for a dance. After
that we will be taking a short break.
Margaret will be running Maidstone for three weeks starting on January
6th. Hothfield Mondays start again on January 26th.
Tomorrow is the last of our current series of waltz workshops.
Please let us know if you would like some more workshops in 2015 and
whether you would like more waltzing or something different.

Freestyle Waltz
Workshops
Freestyle waltzing for everyone!
Sundays 2:30pm (prompt start!) to 4pm at Hothfield Village Hall.
?5 per session.
December 21st
Ever wanted to join the dancers swirling around the dance-floor to the
freestyle waltz at the start or end of a dance?
Come and learn the basics. Once everyone can walk in waltz time, we
will show you lots more variations you can add to your repertoire. It's
easier than you think to look great on the dance-floor!
No partner required.
The workshop will last an hour and a half, with the last half an hour
being freestyle waltzing so you can practice what you have learned. Karen
and John will be available during this last half hour for individual
tuition. Although you will get the most benefit from attending all of
the workshops, we do understand that not everyone can make that much
commitment. So we will make sure that whichever ones you come to
you will learn some great waltzing.

The Dancing

Austen style to 21st Century Ceilidh, including Square Dances, American
Contras, English Barn Dance, Contra Waltzing and the Polka!
Beautiful flowing dances - the best of the old and the new.
All danced to fabulous music from both sides of the Atlantic.
