- There's a Horsmonden
tunes workshop from 8pm this Wednesday (13th May) - and two
tunes are on the website. As usual we'll work on another one by
ear on the night
- And there will of
course be another workshop on the 24th May, and a tunes session
on Sunday the 7th June
- The next regular
free song workshop is at The Gun from 8pm on Tuesday the
2nd June (the songs from the last workshop - The Big Wheel, The
Hard Times of Old England, and The Bold Princess Royal are now
on the website)
- Francis Brown is
selling his woody Scarlatti melodeon in D/G, which has a nicely
made Chinese body and Italian reeds. It won't be at a bad price
for a very serviceable box, if you know anyone who can make good
use of it...
- There's a new mixed
songs and tunes session starting up at 7.30pm on the THIRD
Sunday of the month at Queen's Head at Kingsnorth (that's next
Sunday).
- And my album The
Running Tide is now online at Bandcamp - if you're
intereseted, you can download it or listen to it for free!
