here's a bit of publicity about the band: With virtuosic guitar and mandolin picking complemented by hot double bass and occasional saxophone, the talented Gordy, Somers & Walsh will delight you with their eclectic repertoire, ranging from traditional bluegrass to modern jazz. Grant Gordy (Brooklyn, NY) is renowned in both bluegrass and jazz circles as a brilliant acoustic guitarist and Joe Walsh (Portland, Maine) is hailed as one of the most talented mandolin players to emerge in recent years. They've teamed up for this special transatlantic project with their friend Ben Somers, London double bass ace and sax player.  They really are pretty amazing musicians and we are lucky to be catching them for their last night in UK before leaving on a tour of Holland and Germany.  Facebook page with some video, more information  and links to their own individual sites: https://www.facebook.com/gosowal?fref=ts
