This is going to be a brief eNews, in preparation for all of the programme announcements which will be flowing from this office in just 20 days time. Please ensure 13th July is firmly in your diary.

	20 Days To Go

The long awaited 2015 Canterbury Festival line-up will be announced on Monday 13 July. The full programme will be available to view on the Festival website along with a digital copy of the new brochure which will be available to download. Tickets will go on sale for Festival Friends on the 20 July and to the general public on the 3 August.

Canterbury Festival is delighted to invite you to a fabulous concert held at Barham Court.

This unique event is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Barham Court while listening to the highly skilled Orbi Playa Big Band. With an eclectic mix of big band and swing music, they are bound to get your feet tapping.

	Could you be our new Marketing Assistant?

We're looking for our 2015 Marketing Assistant. If you have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude and bags of enthusiasm, click below to have a look at the job description and you could be working on this year's Canterbury Festival! The deadline for applications is 5pm on Monday 6 July 2015. Interviews will be held week commencing 13 July at Festival House, Canterbury.

	Poetry Competition

We have received a record number of applications for the Poet of the Year 2015.

270 entries have been received from as far afield as New Zealand and the Philippines, so it really is an International competition. 

The compeition final will take place at the Gulbenkian on 8 October at 7.30pm.

	Festival House Facelift

We are delighted to announce that the Festival Office is now completely eco-friendly, insulated and energy efficient!  The Team are delighted with our new-look office and look forward to many happy years in residence.

	Canterbury Christ Church University Degree Shows
