Subject: Upcoming Show Tuesday 24th November

Dear All

Thank you to all who came to see Guy Tortora and Band.  Here is a review written by a certain aficionado of the Blues:

"Guy was his usual self;  great, great guitar player, singer and songwriter . He performed a lot of his songs from his excellent new album 'Bluesman in a Boneyard', plus a few older numbers.  Great variety, backed superbly by his fine band:  Costa on bass, Pete on drums and the fabulous Janos Bajtala on keyboards.  Guy to me sounds like Dylan in his 'Blood on the Tracks' period, rocky with edge and, to prove it, he finished with one of Dylan's finest songs, Highway 61 - and you can't say better than that!  This is a band at the top of their craft and the opportunity to see them playing live should not be missed."

This month we have the return of the consummate all-round trio experience, combining exceptional instrumental talent, great vocals, creativity and a huge dash of entertainment value.  This is The Spikedrivers.

Due to appear earlier this year, however, delayed through illness we are privileged to have retained them for our entertainment on Tuesday 24th November.

Bookings to me at the return email address.  Tickets £12, pay on the door.  Doors open 7.30pm, band on stage 8.45pm. Good food, reasonably priced, available to eat at your table if required.

Further information, future shows, location map etc. available at www.bottleneckblues.com

So, that's The Spikedrivers appearing on Tuesday 24th November.

Please do support.
