Anti-Bullying Week

16-20 November 2015

Are you looking for creative workshops to support your campaign against bullying? November is anti-bullying month and this year's theme is 'Make a no!se about bullying'. Music for Change works with a range of artists who facilitate workshops which empower children and young people, whilst exploring the importance of respect, cultural diversity and community.

 

 

 International Day for the Abolition of Slavery

2 December 2015

The International Day for the Abolition of 

AlexSlavery marks the date of the adoption of the

United Nations Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others in 1949.

 

A Music for Change workshop uses music as a catalyst to explore the history of slavery and the current situation today. 

 

 

International Migrants Day

International Migrants Day workshops are a great opportunity to encourage children and young people to think about their family's origins and to promote interest in, and respect for, other cultures within the classroom and the wider community.
