YOUR SUPPORT TO RE-ESTABLISH A REGULAR GIG IN CANTERBURY IN A SUITABLE VENUE
Some of you will remember when NOEL was
regularly performing in Canterbury in various venues. The trio, at the
time really enjoyed this and built up a regular following...If that was one of
you, thank you for your support. It became difficult to continue as the
venues like 'The Chocolate Cafe' run by our Lithuanian friends was just too
small and other venues ,though again lovely proprietors, didn't quite work for
other reasons. I approached Bramley's after maybe a year of not playing
in Canterbury and they are happy for us to have this date on the 9th of
December with others possibly to follow if a success......Please can I ask you
to perhaps break your weekend socialising habits and come on down midweek Wed
9th for perhaps pre Christmas drinks with friends or indeed to hear good music.
In keeping with the quality of the band there is a cost which is great
value and yes does pay the musicians to travel from London & beyond and
have some gratitude for their time and expertise. I am doing a
preach I fear. Forgive me. Please support live music of a ticketed
variety. Canterbury needs more of it, beyond what is currently here, for
a city with its background of great bands.... Thanks for your time .....Have a
great December and enjoy it by going to hear some great music. Heidi
