Unmissable gig, up close and personal, bathe in the fabulous music of these highly rated professional musicians..

Vera van Heeringen’s debut album, Standing Tall marked a change of direction.. With influences firmly rooted across the Atlantic, Vera writes soulful songs and tunes with lyrics and delivery speaking straight to and from the heart. A highly skilled instrumentalist, she has long been recognised for her graceful and restrained guitar playing. Vera has just released her second album,

‘On the basis of the two CDs I have heard, this lady oozes class’ John Atkins, fRoots

‘Contemporary Americana-roots-flavoured songwriting, and concomitant playing of an eminently tasty variety, don’t come much better than this’ David Kidman, FATEA Magazine

Vera will be joined by guitar/mandolin player and harmony master Dave Luke.

Dave Luke played with Country Rock bands Tender Mercies and The Coyotes and toured Europe with Nashville singer-songwriter Gail Davies’ band, played at legendary USA venues such as the Grand Ole Opry

The excellent Andy Seward will be warming and filling the room with his growly double bass, he’s probably best known for his work with folk superstar Kate Rusby and virtuoso guitarist Martin Simpson.
