Vera van Heeringen’s
debut album, Standing Tall marked a change of direction.. With
influences firmly rooted across the Atlantic, Vera writes soulful songs and
tunes with lyrics and delivery speaking straight to and from the heart. A
highly skilled instrumentalist, she has long been recognised for her graceful
and restrained guitar playing. Vera has just released her second album,

will be joined by guitar/mandolin player and harmony master Dave Luke.
Dave
Luke played with Country Rock bands Tender Mercies and The Coyotes and toured
Europe with Nashville singer-songwriter Gail Davies’ band, played at legendary
USA venues such as the Grand Ole Opry
The
excellent Andy Seward will be warming and filling the room with his growly
double bass, he’s probably best known for
his work with folk superstar Kate Rusby and virtuoso guitarist Martin Simpson.
