Dear friends
A Camine reminder about 2 Kent gigs this week!
This Wednesday (25th May) we shall be strumming, bow-ing and
singing between 9 and 11pm at the cosy, quirky music venue, The Man
Of Kent - 6-8 John Street, Rochester, ME1 1YN. So come and soak up
its country-pub style charm and sample excellent Kentish ales,
farmhouse ciders or even German/Belgian lagers - bottled and on
tap. If you get there early enough you may even 'bags' an armchair!
On Thursday (26th May) we shall be performing at another unique
location, The Great Tree, 1 Margate Rd, Ramsgate, CT11 SP (01843
590708) from 8.30 to 10.30pm - as a special treat Ramona is
bringing her harp for a few 'numbers'. If you haven't
discovered this place before, be prepared for a warm welcome and a
sensory haven of art works and optional, delicious, imaginative, home-made
cuisine (entry is free, but for just £9 you can partake in the
dinner club). The venue has an authentic, living-room feel as
Scheherazad and John literally extend some of their living space to
customers. Scheherazad's creative & skilful dressmaking
projects and art and craft work can be glimpsed throughout. Added
to this, the venue is dog friendly and its selection of real ales
and over 20 ciders has earned it a place on Galvers Thanet Micropub
Tours.
As ever, we would love to see you there, go on give us the
opportunity to serenade you.
Luv, Zinta & Ramona xx
