AND MORE***
Yes it?s the first of the month and so time for a quick newsletter, and as
usual there?s so much exciting stuff happening TWO very special concerts to
mention first though .

Tcha Limberger?s KALOTASZEG TRIO joins us this coming Sunday! Tcha Limberger,
is quite simply, THE Gypsy violin virtuoso and on Sunday he brings his
Kalotaszeg Trio.
Sunday 10 and Monday 11 July
NITCHO REINHARDT?S TRIO!
Nitcho Reinhardt is one of the third generation of direct descendants of the
legend himself, Django Reinhardt. Like many of Django?s family who are still
alive today, they?re following in his footsteps of playing for the love of
their music that Django brought to the mainstream throughout the Parisian caf?
culture and society back in the 1920?s and 30?s.
We?re extremely proud to be bringing Nitcho?s Trio to London and just Le Q.
Playing for you will be Nitcho himself, the prodigal Reinhardt, his brothers
Youri and Tony as well as Thierry Chanteloup on double bass.
Other concerts:
Monday 4 July Coco & The Fellas - Breathtaking arrangements, varied
repertoire and highly regarded musicianship ensure that Coco will transport
you to a sonic landscape of gypsy jazz, bebop, fusion and more.
Sunday 17 July TROIKA: THE KLEZMER HOT CLUB Witty ad libbing
Bandleader/Cabaret Artist Wally Fields drives an enraptured audience on a rip-
roaring helter-skelter dash from the Dark Dens of Yiddish Odessa in 1905 to
the Sophisticated Cafe Society of Hot Club Paris of the 1930's... via the
Wild Savage Steppes of Cossack Russia of the 1890's. Fields and his mesmeric
musicians is at his very best with his fascinating tour of 'Hidden' Jewish
History allied to the very best of Gypsy Jazz as filmic backdrop......a
veritable pot pourri of Mel Brooks , Jackie Mason and Groucho Marx
Sunday 24 and Monday 25 July CAPITANO & FRIENDS ?Capitano? is the Br-Italian
star of London?s swing and cabaret scene. This cheeky chap will lighten your
Brexit concerns and woes with his unique take on songs and banter, coupled
with his views on the political, social, spiritual and farcical nature of
modern life!
Capitano will be brining his band of vagabondo?s for the evening. As well as
the trio, Capitano has also commanded the presence of some of his special
friends to join in whatever goes down! Who knows what?s going to happen!
