Monday 19 September, Nell & The Hot Mess Muggers
Fusing Gypsy-swing with chanson favourites and swing standards from the 30s-
50s, Nell & The Hot Mess Muggers make their QuecumBar debut.
No stranger to hot club circles these days, Nell Greco first fell in love with
the style after Lindy Hop dancing to The Kings Cross Hot Club in secret salons
across London. Before long, she joined the group as a guest singer, began
performing with The Hot Club of Jupiter, and formed collaborations with The
Dalston Trio, and Gadjo Guitars (Aus).
Leading her Hot Mess Muggers through manouche-inspired jazz and (emotionally)
chic French numbers, Nell and her troupe of musicians not only entertain, but
also energise with their joie de vivre.

Without being able to read music, but with a lot of wit and talent he was then
