Music at the Buildings www.facebook.com/MusicatBuildings is
very excited to be hosting a weekend of Old Time music and workshops with West
Virginia fiddler and banjoist, Rachel Eddy. Rachel will be doing workshops in
Fiddle and Banjo on Saturday 20th May and Sunday
21st May for players with some experience in these instruments
(i.e. not complete beginners). We offer free camping or (limited) indoor
accommodation for the Friday and Saturday nights plus all meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch
all in with 4 hours of workshop teaching in each instrument from Rachel all for
£100 (which also includes the Saturday evening

still available for both instruments - 50% reduction on the second instrument
if you take both classes.

evening concert with Rachel Eddy - she will be showcasing her talents on Fiddle
and Banjo as well as singing, playing guitar ad being the all round entertainer
that she is!
Rachel is also legendary for
running brilliant Old Time sessions, so players are welcome to come to the
concert with instruments and there is bound to be a jam session after the show.

Concert goers are welcome to
bring a picnic to enjoy in our garden before the show - there will also be some
food provided for a small additional donation. There will be a pay bar but you
are also welcome to bring your own supplies. Doors open at 6.30 for picnic-ers
and music starts at 8.00pm.
