Fiona Lander and Paul Mason have been writing, recording and performing together since 2000. Fiona (vocals, piano, whistles, saxes, clarinet and recorder) and Paul (guitars and vocals) have developed an impressive sound, full of variety and with lots of audience interaction. Dan McKinnon has been favourably compared with Stan Rogers and James Keelaghan. Hailing from Nova Scotia, an area rich in the musical and cultural traditions of the North Atlantic, his warm baritone voice, superb guitar arrangements and original compositions have won him widespread praise. Dan?s act includes a mixture of his own music and his interpretations of traditional works.

JUNE 20TH ? THE LONG HILL RAMBLERS
(

The Long Hill Ramblers? repertoire is drawn from among the finest traditional songs on both sides of the Atlantic and they offer clear, beautiful vocals, rich harmonies and virtuoso musicianship. Ben Paley has been called the best folk fiddler of his generation. Tab Hunter is a sparkling, understated guitarist. Dan Edwards (banjo) has also visited Dartford as a member of the Hot Rock Pilgrims. Laura Hockenhull is widely admired for her fine voice and interpretations of the songs.

JUNE 27TH ? STEVE TILSTON
(

It will be a welcome return to Dartford for one of the most engaging performers on the scene today.
